Today we were in this salon, we went purposefully to buy curtains that we had seen on Instagram (several options). When we came in, they didn't even pay attention to us. After a while, we asked a question: "Girl, can you help us?" We received a question in response to our question: "How can I help you?", and not very politely. Then they told me to wait 15 minutes, although there were no other customers in the salon. We were disappointed with your service, no customer orientation! As a result, we wasted our time.

They sell Belarusian ribbon (braid) under the guise of Turkish. In the Central Department Store, the same one costs 1,7rubles per sq.m. They have 6 rubles each. The store employee is lying, saying that the manufacturer is Turkey.

Once I came during business hours, the store was closed, calling the number I was answered that "I went away on business, if you want to wait 30 minutes or go to another store." Writing on Instagram with a request to help me choose a color at least according to the photo, they answered me rudely. Customer focus is zero. Politeness is zero. I don't recommend it.

Firstly, the prices are atomic.😯 Where does the price for 1m of fabric exceed 100 rubles? 😱 Secondly, the terrible service.🤮🤮🤮 Consultants answer questions with obvious irritation, they are not up to customers, they are busy with their own fuss. Instead of helping me pick up the fabric for the curtains, they advised me to re-glue the wallpaper in the room so that they would match the curtains that I would buy from them. I have never seen such disgusting service anywhere. There are only unpleasant impressions about this store.
