Записывался на плановое ТО: замена масла и всех четырех фильтров (масляный, салонный, воздушный и топливный). Вышло за все 160 рублей, причем, что мои были фильтра и масло. Попросил проверить подвеску машины, так как был характерный стук спереди справа, выявили ряд проблем, но что конкретно вызывало этот стук в машине, специалисты не смогли ответить. Общий ремонт насчитали более 2000 рублей, решил рази интереса заехать в другое СТО. На другом СТО проблему выявили - муфта-хомута глушителя, замена стоила 35 рублей. Еще сварили глушитель, на этом в принципе и исчезла проблема, с которой я обращался в данный сервис.

I came to do a camber convergence in a Toyota car. The whole process lasted about 40 minutes. After that, the master receptionist called me and said that the car was ready. I paid off and after driving 300m I realized that the steering wheel is crooked in relation to the movement of the car. I came back and said I was in trouble. To which the master receptionist informed me that I needed to get in line. When I asked how long I would have to wait, he answered for an hour!!!! I had to take the money and leave, I was not satisfied with the service! They refused to give the phone number of the higher management.. However, the last two attempts to do THAT with the replacement of the fuel filter were unsuccessful (although during the recording they said which car and what would need to be changed) - last time they said that something broke literally one car in front of mine. This time, they recorded everything the same way, but after clarifying, it turned out that they would not be able to replace the fuel tank again. I sincerely do not recommend it "... due to the lack of necessary fire safety conditions."

At first, I liked it too. I changed the tires a couple of times... Then I noticed a crackling sound. It turned out that the weights were glued so that they clung to the calipers. So far I've figured it out, half of them have been cut down... Well, okay, it doesn't happen to anyone... But one day they just killed me! I went to them to change the bearing in the hub. They couldn't unscrew the bolt, they were warming it... And they weakened the silent block's nest. When driving, he dangled and knocked. However, the entire rack was replaced for free. I just had to go buy it myself. They changed it. And again, misunderstandings - there was a strong vibration. I took off the wheel and...! The anther on the half-axle is torn off the tripoid, and one of the three bearings is missing. I found it later, lying on a stretcher at the bottom. Well, they obviously didn't fix the half-axle when they disassembled the suspension. She slipped under her weight (a torn duster is a witness). I'm going back to them... But they refused to repair me, saying that I "took it apart myself, broke it.".. No matter how much I complained, they sent me politely... A lawyer I know said, take it for examination, collect the papers... They will also pay you moral damages. I just wondered who would compensate me for the lost nerves and time. So I'm driving around this office for a kilometer now. It was six months ago, but the "delight" remained for life. Now I won't even trust them with a bike. P.S. Do you think that's the end of it? A year later, this story got an unexpected sequel. When at the next inspection they showed me the left front wheel, sawn from the inside to the cord. And then I remembered that they had changed this rack for me. Trash! These guys don't know that after each suspension intervention, camber-convergence needs to be adjusted!!! People! If you value your car, stay away from this so-called parking lot!

I called to find out how much it costs to replace the steering rod. For some reason, they ask left or right (as if the cost depends on it). To name the price, I had to spend 10 minutes on the phone. So replacing the steering rod costs 85 rubles! Just think about this amount.
