I was in the salon recently — the impression, to put it mildly, is unpleasant. As someone who often visits beauty establishments and pays attention to details, I can say that the level of service here leaves much to be desired. The administrator didn't even notify me about the recording in advance, didn't specify if the time would be right for me — no call, no message. Such an attitude towards the client is simply unacceptable. The salon has dirty floors, hair underfoot, and the feeling that cleaning is according to your mood. The receptionist does not accompany you, the salon is large, navigate yourself as you want. They did a rough job on eyebrow correction: they pulled out half of the hairs, leaving a "void" between the eyebrows, which makes the look unnatural. The color was chosen blindly, not suitable for my type. I wanted to make a permanent, but I decided to check the level first using a simple procedure — and, unfortunately, I was not mistaken: the shape was not adjusted, but redone to fit the template, ignoring my features. Also, instead of competently hiding the visual asymmetry, I was offered to "get Botox and then come back." It's amazing to hear this from a man who calls himself a master. The level of service is poor, there is no attention to the client, and professionalism is questionable. I don't recommend it.

I had laser hair removal, I really liked it. It was a pleasure to chat with the master and learn more about the procedure. A cozy and clean office, professionalism at the highest level. I will definitely come back again
