Удобное расположение, нижний паркинг, достаточно большая парковочная зона на улице. Огромный ассортимент продуктов, дачной, садовой мебели. Оранжерея. Для строительства плитка, обои, паркет и вся сопутка. Народу мало, очередей нет. Единственное - это цены, уровень не магазинов пятёрочка и магнит.
