It's outrageous! We flew by charter to Bodrum (end of August) from Anex. There was an opportunity to fly to another cheaper airport, we chose Turkish, considering this company reliable. Oh, how wrong we were! Online check-in is not provided, which we learned about only on the day of departure. The tickets were not given in advance. Upon arrival at the departure airport, it turned out that we were put into business. It seems like we should be happy, BUT we packed 20kg of luggage. Or maybe 30, since it's a business.…They didn't feed us on the flight, didn't give us a travel kit, and didn't warn us that we could use the business lounge. It's the same story back - tickets are only available at the front desk. The transfer brought us last, the queue was the whole plane. Where we will fly is unknown! It is impossible to choose the places. I had to pay an additional 100 euros on the spot in order to fly in the seats at the emergency exit, and not where the car was seated. We checked at the counter, and we weren't listed as a business. I consider this disrespectful, the flight cost almost 200k rubles! For the charter! Without online registration! No choice of places! Disgusting! I don't recommend it to anyone!
