The staff is polite, courteous and pleasant to the guests. The service is fast, the food is delicious, although the omelet, as for me, was a little overdone. The hall smells nice, everything is clean and tidy. The price/quality/serving balance is excellent. There are massive inflows of guests, taking into account the catering schedule of the hotel residents and the menu chosen by the group. At such moments, an employee greets the guests right at the entrance and competently distributes the flows. Thank you to everyone involved for your invaluable work!

We stayed in the suite from 31.07 to 01.08 2025. Pros: 2 separate rooms, a lovely maid, near a public transport stop to the center of Grodno, the room has a microwave, dishes (cups, plates), electric kettle, refrigerator, everything is clean, mostly the staff is friendly. Cons: instead of a Jacuzzi, there is an ordinary bathtub, the water pressure is average, but cool water flows in the faucet, respectively, the shower and bathroom are cool - it is uncomfortable to wash. I would especially like to mention among the disadvantages the work of the receptionist at the reception on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name. Blonde, 40+, slender. She met me unfriendly, accelerated the decision to pay for an additional place for a child, and behaved arrogantly. When asked to bring a full set of dishes for the child, once the payment was made for an additional place, the maid called and asked to bring only a cup. Thanks to the maid, she brought the whole set with plates. After a long car ride after traveling in Minsk, it was extremely unpleasant to receive such an attitude. But the staff who changed in the evening was very pleasant to talk to. Overall 3 stars. There is something to refine, but it's not bad. They have a huge flow of tourists. We have heard the advertisement of this hotel on the radio. We arrived blindly. We were looking for available rooms for travel.
