Many thanks to the whole company and especially to the wonderful Julia for our vacation! This is a super individual job with a client - Julia helped us choose a country to travel to, a hotel (which we were very satisfied with), and shared many nuances. The impressions are only positive! We are planning our next trip only with Turbery. And with Julia ;)

Доверились фирме — оформили визу в Грецию и купили билеты по их рекомендации через Rayner. Визу не дали. О том, что билеты невозвратные, менеджер не предупредила — мы не знали, первый раз. Деньги за перелёт сгорели. Страховку от невыезда тоже не предложили. Мы оплатили услуги фирмы за визу (которую не получили) и потеряли огромную сумму на билетах. Компания заработала на нас, не предоставив никакой защиты. Будьте бдительны: если вам советуют покупать билеты отдельно — немедленно уточняйте возвратность тарифа и настаивайте на страховке от отказа. В итоге фирма свою работу сделала, а мы остались без визы и без денег. ((
