We ordered a bouquet here, the composition is beautifully assembled, a very delicate bouquet, but, unfortunately, we were a little upset — some of the flowers quickly began to wither. However, communication with the store administration fixed everything. The guys responded to the appeal as quickly as possible, listened and offered a solution to the problem without unnecessary arguments. I really appreciate this approach to clients, thank you for the prompt resolution of the issue. Despite the incident, I recommend the store, we will definitely buy more bouquets from them.

The young man presented flowers, the next day they died 😨 Doesn't the seller of this store have a conscience for such terrible flowers? Okay, men don't understand colors, but you're just trying to get into it. Shame on such a store and who owns it. 💩

It's disgusting! My husband presented the composition on Monday! Today is Thursday, half of the flowers just died. The orchid is on its last legs! Even the berries from the bushes under the house have dried up! I haven't seen bouquets of this quality in 10 years. The frustration of this bouquet, the so-called, cannot be expressed in words! We have a wonderful holiday and here you are with your horror! I am attaching a photo before 11/17/25 and after 11/20/25
