Great stay at the Central Guest House! We recently returned from a wonderful vacation at the Tsentralny Guest House in Sukhumi. We stayed there from September 2 to September 12, and were absolutely delighted! I would especially like to note the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. We were settled even earlier than the scheduled time, and when it became necessary to stay, we were allowed to stay without any problems. Such an individual approach to the guests is very pleasant. The location of the guest house is just perfect — everything you need is within walking distance. You can walk to the sea in 10-15 minutes, near the market, shops, cafes. On the ground floor there is an excellent kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. The rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. There was always hot water in the bathroom. Cleaning was carried out on request, bed linen and towels were clean. I would also like to thank the hosts for their hospitality and attentive attitude to each guest. We will definitely come back here again! I recommend the Central Guest House to anyone who is planning a vacation in Sukhum. Here you will find comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price and get a lot of positive emotions!

Great guest house. Very friendly hosts, the room has everything you need. I would even rate a three-star hotel rather than a guest house. The room is clean, there is a TV, air conditioning, three towels for each.I will note the good mattresses on the bed in the room. You can ask for a kettle at the reception.The kitchen on the ground floor is spacious and clean. The dishes are all there. As for the location, it is very convenient. 10 min walk from the train station. It's a 7-minute walk to the sea and a 15-minute walk to the center. The central market is three blocks away.There is an Apatskha and a cafe near the market. There is also a K&B store near the hotel. The hotel is good, I recommend it. A small minus, there are a lot of mosquitoes. Take protection with you. I give the hosts all A's. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a rest in Sukhum in early August. We are glad that we got to the Central Hotel!Excellent hosts, the rooms are nice, spacious, with all amenities! The hosts are very attentive!
