It's a strange place. It seems to be the center of pilaf, but there are no varieties of pilaf. Only three. Interesting😕 Mom cooks pilaf better at home, and the quality of pilaf at this center is excellent. The place is beautiful, there are many places, colorful. The service is fast. There is no toilet, only a paid one. Drinks are so-so (tea and compote are not very good). There were more expectations. They hid their hunger, but they didn't get pleasure.

Perhaps one of the main places in Tashkent, where you should definitely look on an empty stomach) The citadel of pilaf and local flavor! We were a big company during the tour and lunch. There are enough places for everyone, as well as pilaf! No one should worry for sure) A huge number of variants and varieties of the main dish are prepared in huge cauldrons over an open fire and manually! We can say that this is a separate presentation. The size of the main cauldron is exactly 3 meters in diameter) Our company had 3 pilaf options, one of them is prepared for a wedding or here for every day)) Very, very tasty! I just can't convey it) And the abundance of fragrant tea is a pleasant addition) I definitely recommend you to visit)) It's hard to pass by) There is also a souvenir shop, but at the "main" bazaar it will all be more profitable for the price.

I visited Beshqozon recently and was very satisfied. This is primarily a place to explore the traditional Uzbek dish - it is prepared here daily and it is the main dish on the menu. The pilaf here is delicious, flavorful and satisfying, with soft meat and well-cooked rice. You can also order different types of pilaf (including "special pilaf" with olive oil) and traditional additives like salads and dulmas. The interior is special in the spirit of Uzbek cuisine: the decor reflects the national flavor, and the space is suitable for both a family dinner and a friendly meeting. The service is generally friendly and attentive, but can be a bit slow during peak hours. Beshqozon is an interesting gastronomic experience, especially if you want to try Uzbek pilaf in a classic version. The service and food quality are top notch, which means everyone should visit this place at least once and choose the pilaf they like.
