I had to get a extremely important document, the process took less than 30min. The staff made it very easy and understandable for me. BUT this only counts IF you’re a russian citizen! If not you will be redirected to some specific centers! If you’re a foreigner please do not visit this location!

Хороший МФЦ, но очень мало места. При подаче документов на регистрацию перехода права собственности, нам не хватало места даже стоя у окошка. Альтернативы рядом нет, только это МФЦ.

Very well organized buracracy, but a buracracy still . Somehow it became a place to visit for a foreigner who wants to open a bank account for the duration of the stay. It's definitely a big headache. There're too many things to accomplish before going to the bank and even at the bank not to many people know what to suggest and how to navigate the process. Otherwise the place of government business has very modern appearance, well organized and has a great IT team.
