I'm a tattoo artist, and my back, neck, and arms feel like they're falling apart by the end of the day. I've been getting a massage with Ilya for a while now, and this is really my rescue ritual. Every time he X-rays, he sees where everything is pinched, where it hurts, and takes everything apart, gently but deeply. After the session, it feels like you've been reassembled: it's easier to breathe, your head is clearer, and your hands are working again. He understands what people who work with their hands a lot, sit in the same position, and always chooses an approach. I can't imagine how I would continue to work without these regular reboots. In general, I highly recommend it, it's not just a massage, but a real help.
