We had a great time here at the end of November 2024. The perfect beach with "postcard views" struck at the very heart. The crystal clear turquoise ocean is maddening. The depth of the coastal zone is very convenient. Mechanical cleaning of the coastal area is carried out daily. There are no problems with sun beds and towels, places under umbrellas. You can also retire and find a company that suits your soul and interests. A cozy pool with a bar. Excellent correct and animators. The cleaning of the rooms is clear, daily, neat, even touching. We took a fumigator with us, but we didn't need it, it was quiet in our room with an ocean view, with mosquitoes, but we recommend taking this device and some kind of insect spray with you, just in case, because by night mosquitoes can find you on the hotel grounds. Electrical outlets are universal, no adapters are needed for devices with the Russian standard. Of course, the responsive staff always fulfills all requests immediately and selflessly. No one demands tips here, even by hints, but when you get here, you yourself will want to thank these wonderful people somehow. In general, tips are at your personal request, and employees will be grateful in a good way and a simple human thank you. Meals are organized with round-the-clock facilities. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners are a classic buffet with a choice of any meat, there is always fish, we had fruits without frills, ice cream during lunch and dinner. Russian soup lovers are unlikely to be satisfied with the proposed options, but this is also there. It was a little unclear to us why hot tea or coffee is often not available at the buffet, but this does not bother us at all, since any drinks are always available in the lobby bar or snack bar. In general, after the buffet, everyone is happy to flow into cozy bars and enjoy. The pinocalada is beautiful here, but the mojito will not be as bright as you are used to, but it can also captivate with its sophistication if you do not refuse to add a touch of alcohol. Coffee in the lobby bar makes any of your fantasies, as always, cappuccino in different variations is a hit. We have found an opportunity to relax here. We recommend installing a translator with Spanish and English on your phone anyway - this will help in any communication, because the staff has problems with the Russian language. In any case, we could always explain ourselves to any employee who would do everything to make both sides understand each other. It is very pleasant that the coastal area of the ocean has no access restrictions along its entire length - you can walk in all directions and get additional impressions. Coconut palms grow on the territory and any gardener will be happy to cook you a coconut and he will always have a cocktail tube - do not hesitate to contact, it's funny and you will be satisfied, and by contacting the bar you can stir up some cocktail in this coconut and enjoy all this luxury. We definitely recommend this hotel.

To begin with, Cuba is my love! I know the history and the current economic situation well - the country cannot be compared with any other in terms of comfort and abundance - they survive. And tourism is one of the main income items! The island itself, where the national park hotel is located, local people do not live on it, but only come to work in hotels. There is no "shopping", a promenade, etc., but there are magnificent beaches, the ocean and the sun! The hotel is nice, welcoming, with a large well-maintained territory, two different pools, a beach 50 meters away and even animation. We lived on the second floor with a side view of the ocean, a balcony, large beds and a normal bathroom (kettle, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV with our channels, shampoo and soap - everything is there)They clean every day and change towels, put a bottle of water - they try their best. I'm bringing chocolates and sweets from Moscow, bright little things like hairpins and markers, a pharmacy - everything is for the maids, they have a shortage of everything (there are restrictions on luggage, alas) About the dining room - as they say, "you won't stay hungry," it's not entirely true, there are delicious dishes, there are "not our taste," in a couple of days you understand the local food and choose, but there is a choice. There were seasonal fruits and ice cream. Excellent food for Cuba. The hotel's beach is the best in the area, it is cleaned every morning, the swimmers are monitored (there is a small hotel bar), and the color of the ocean... And the pelicans, gulls and terns flying over you remind you that you are in the national park) I want to write a special note - a lot of Canadians come - they are noisy, always drinking, but usually they concentrate around the pool with a bar, they do not reach the beach. There were shows in the evening, the guys are trying very hard to diversify the rest with dances and songs. It's not just a variety of cocktails to try))) About excursions, you definitely need to go on a 2-day trip to Trinidad and the provincial park in the mountains! A catamaran trip to dolphins and flamingos, swimming in the ocean is a good Trip. We rented an electric bike (there is a rental nearby, we need rights, they take cash) - we rode all the accessible islands and beaches (the charge lasts for about 200 km) - wonderful impressions. Cuba, thank you, we will definitely come again!

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing and restless holiday) we must understand that we are in Cuba, in a country where people survive, not live. The hotel itself is located on the ocean, the best beach on the coast, you can see this if you walk left and right. Palm trees, pelicans, shells, blue water, white sand - in general, a Bounty. There is enough food in the hotel, there was always meat, a cheerful young man roasts, plus there was always chicken, pork, and lobsters in the main hall. At first they are disassembled, but if you come later, the majority of people have already eaten, and there are full dishes with lobsters. At least you can overeat ice cream for lunch and dinner, it's delicious and not greasy. There are delicious juices and smoothies for breakfast. We were satisfied with everything in the rooms, of course, not the newest, it's a bit damp, but it depends on the climate. There was no hot water, but the cold water wasn't exactly cold either, the kids and I were worried) I'm for a tip! I always leave them, and I've given them away in restaurants, bars, and on the beach. People are grateful, they are happy to make cocktails, which are excellent there. No one will have any problems with drinking, rum is like a river, Amaretto is magical) pinot colada, Daiquiri, banana mama, blue lagoon, sex on the beach, cuba libre - all this is 24/7, so you need to control yourself) The animators are beautiful, I did not miss the dance classes, such dances that I was simply amazed! They are very sociable, funny, charming people. I was carrying gifts, I gave them all away. Pencils, markers, tights, pills (paracetamol), cosmetics, candies. Gardeners are very happy about paracetamol. We took 3 guided tours. Swimming with dolphins and catamaran, Havana and Moron plus a farm. I liked them all very much. Havana is difficult both mentally and physically, so it would probably be better not to go there, it's too expensive for such a complexity, but it's suitable for those who love history. All in all, it was unforgettable. When we left in December 2024, people were crying on the bus, they didn't want to leave, and someone even bought tickets for the new year.
