The bus station is new, good service, clean inside, there is a tea/coffee machine, toilet, 2 ATMs. The only drawback is the buses. I travel to Rostov every month and there have never been buses without delays, they are always at least half an hour late and the staff cannot contact them, the answer is always the same: it will be soon, I have already left Donetsk. And then he arrives at the place of arrival an hour later, without hurrying anywhere.
