This computer club is just great! The hall is very cozy, the music is great. The prices are very pleasant — you can sit quietly for a long time and not worry about your wallet, it's cool that there is a playlist on the summer veranda. Hookahs from Egor are just super, very tasty! I've met few computer clubs with such a bar — it's really cool, you can sit, eat, and relax. I will definitely come back!

The disgusting attitude of bartenders towards vacationers. We rested in the lounge area, ordered a lot of alcohol. Everything was fine until karaoke started in the bar area, which is not available in the services. The visitors put on their own music, turned the sound to the maximum, and outright screams or monkey squeals could not be called anything else. There was no reaction to the requests addressed to the bartender to at least turn it down (I'm not even talking about stopping this altogether), because they interfere not only with us, but also with others in the establishment. This is not the first time, there is no desire to go back. It is not clear where the administration of the institution is looking.

We had a rest with a small group (6 people). There wasn't enough room for everyone, and no one offered extra chairs, so we had to beg for them. I would describe the attitude of the staff as total indifference. Plus, there is a shortage of staff (2 people worked on Saturday evening). In general, if you come to play on the computer, it may be a good place. But spending time with friends in the company can turn into a complete negative (as happened with us). 0/5

We were sent to the main hall, where there is no air conditioning and the seat is very stuffy. The computers in the game area are frozen in an elementary dota game.... it is sad. On the whole, the picture seems normal at first glance, but such details are very upsetting.

We have been visiting this esports club for a long time and regularly, but from the very beginning, the complete lack of customer orientation is striking. Administrators, with rare exceptions, either do not know how or do not want to communicate with clients. At the counter and on the phone, there is indifference and incompetence. During all this time, there was only one administrator who really knew how to work with people, but, unfortunately, he has not been seen for a long time. As a person with extensive sales experience, I am particularly acutely aware of such moments, and this causes me irritation and dissatisfaction. But for the sake of high-quality computers, it was possible to tolerate this. However, an incident happened that completely ruined my opinion. We pre-booked computers for 8 hours on a day off to ensure that we had seats, as there is usually a full hall at this time. Upon arrival at the club, it turned out that there really were no empty seats. When asked about the reservation, the receptionist casually replied: "The guys extended it, soryan, we don't kick customers off our computers." A logical question arises: why does a booking system exist at all if it is simply ignored? Why couldn't the possibility of renewal for booked cars be blocked? No compensation was offered for the ruined plans. At least an elementary step forward, like a free game on another day, could smooth out the negativity. But instead, the situation was completely ignored. The result: ruined plans for four people, disappointment and a completely ruined impression of the club.

On a 360 Hz monitor, the picture is smoother than your ex's pads. At one point, it seemed like the RTX 5070 was breathing down my neck and whispering, "Come back, bro, you can do it." Special respect for the taxi promotion. I called Economy, showed the receipt, and the cash was returned to my balance. I felt like Elon Musk, who had deceived the system. I happily took a hookah. There was so much smoke that I lost sight of my mouse, keyboard, and my own life. But the teammates in vois didn't see me crying from their moves. There's a 50% discount at the bar on Wednesdays — it's a legal cheat code. Cocktails are pouring like a river, after the third glass I started to understand the Korean language and almost won the International solo. But then the admin came in with a face like "I've seen all the shit in this world" and gave me the base: either I stop yelling at the entire VIP area, or I'll be deported back to real life on Olshanka. Awful. I came with a friend and rented two computers for the night. As a result, they left after 2 hours of being there. The computers turned out to be dead. The temperature of the video card reached 90 degrees when playing Counter strike 2 at minimum settings. The computer was very noisy. As well as the neighbors nearby. Utter lack of culture and mate. There are no installed games in the computer club - it's just nonsense. There are a lot of shortcuts on the desktop, but at launch it is suggested to buy and install the game. In general, I bought the game, came at 19.00 to install it, and eventually installed it until 23:00. When my friend and I launched the game, I got the minimum graphics settings fixed and a resolution of about 480p. Although I was told that video cards cost 4080. It turned out to be 3080 10 GB. I have a 3080 myself and I just don't understand why the computer barely takes out the remnant 2. As a result, he left. Sorry for the money and time spent. I don't recommend it to anyone. Play at home. There is no point in this club.
