I am very disappointed to visit this bowling alley. The tracks are constantly breaking down - the game is interrupted, you have to wait for several minutes for something to be fixed, and this greatly spoils the whole process. There is no pleasure from playing in such conditions. The service also leaves much to be desired. The staff behaves indifferently, responding to requests slowly and reluctantly. One gets the feeling that customers are not welcome here at all. I was also surprised that the employees themselves don't really know the rules and bonuses for strikes. We have to argue and explain the obvious things, which is generally unacceptable for such an institution. As a result, wasted time, spoiled mood and no desire to come back again. I don't recommend it.

There's not even a letter B from bowling. We've been sitting here for 3 hours, of which we've been tossed from track to track for an hour. We lost a whole hour. The track doesn't work, but time is ticking by. By God, Sharashkin's office. Half of the menu is missing or on the stack. What an institution where they can't even solve any problems with the track, or there's no normal food. The track is standing and time is passing, very irresponsible on the part of the administration of this institution.
