I am staying at this hotel (April 30, 2026). On the territory of the hotel there are houses (villas) with a small garden, adjacent to the house is a swimming pool with panoramic views of the Andaman Sea (Indian Ocean). The territory of the hotel is large, green, very well maintained, guests travel by electric buggy cars. There are three restaurants near the beach (small, sandy, with large stones around the edges; the water is very warm at this time of the year): with international, French and Thai cuisines. The waiters serve kindly, but unhurriedly - sometimes you have to wait quite a long time for an order. The kitchen is quite decent, but not wow. Keep an eye on the score - they can attribute what they didn't eat or drink: during dinner, three people, according to the waiters, drank seven liter bottles of water! The houses are in the colonial style, very beautiful: interesting interior, wooden sculptures and murals. Of course, everything is not new, but it is clean, the rooms are cleaned with a fiver. Bed linen and towels are boiled white, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel are regularly replenished. The furniture by the pool is wooden (although not new, but sturdy). In general, for those who like to experience the leisurely flow of time at the resort, it is quite good (but the price-quality ratio is confusing, in other countries hotels of this level are much more affordable). In any case, the rest here is organized at a decent level.

We were at this hotel in September 2023, I must say right away that at this price for a villa, I have not seen a worse hotel yet, breakfasts are like in a 3* hotel somewhere in the remote hinterland, the only plus is that it is located in a remote area and has a beautiful view from the bedroom to the private pool and the sea. For a cost of $ 1,200 a day, it's a horror. The manager is an Englishman ***, I think he works for Mi6🤷♂️

How to "kill" a multi-million dollar business is simple! Just offer your guests a chic, secluded vacation with 100% privacy, beautiful postcard views, comfortable villas and a constant reminder that you are in a 5-star plus hotel.... And at the exit, just feed the guests so that they vomit further than they saw. For breakfast, serve expired ham. Fruits, vegetables, cuts that need to be begged, because breakfasts work according to the "a la card" system. Sleepy waiters who do everything just to avoid being seen, and if they do come up, then they are clearly not welcome! Not smiles, not friendly greetings, just grimaces and discussions. Because you asked to bring something that you paid a lot of money for, but for Thailand it's huge! I think that with this attitude, the hotel will not last long!
