On 04/22/2025, we stopped at the hotel in Sarykol village - "Trio". It left a very depressing and unpleasant impression...Firstly, the price of a room for one night is 9600 tenge. Secondly, when we were going to leave the room in the morning, we left jackets, men's and women's, in the closet. A few days later, they asked for the jackets to be returned, but unfortunately, administrator Ekaterina did not remember the visitors at first and "did not see" the jackets in her eyes, and then, when they began to insist, she replied that she had disposed of them immediately. I would like to wish the hotel owner to select decent staff.

The building needs renovation and it's cool, but they're giving it a heater. The staff is very pleasant. There is a Wi-Fi connection. You can hear everything through the partitions!

We drove from Astana through Ruzaevka, the road is just tin. We stayed at the Trio's hotel. I read a lot of bad reviews, but there was no other hotel. Yes, maybe the shower doors don't close, maybe the audibility is terrible. But there are many advantages. The bed linen is fresh, a radiator is provided, a kettle, a microwave, everything is there. Not in the room, but in the common room. Oksana is an administrator, a very nice, responsive woman. And I want to tell the owners, buy extension cords or tees. One outlet in a room is unrealistic. The radiator was not turned on because the phones needed to be charged. I set 5+ only because of the administrator. She provided everything for us. Thanks a lot to her!!!
