Today, my opinion has completely changed for the worse, if earlier I gave 5 stars, then this time only 1, and that's final. As soon as you arrive at the store, the seller always has some questions with prices, then they will break through 10 rubles more, then the price tag for the discounted product weighs, but for some reason it does not work, etc., finally put things in order!!!

I suspect that the problem is not with the employees, but with the organization of the network. But it's a very negative impression. I chose a product and found out where it is. I checked with tech support -yes, they say there are 6 pcs. I went, even though it was far away. There was one tired salesman at the place, the goods were not found. He says it might be lying around in a warehouse somewhere. OK. After 2 weeks (!) I see that the product is still in stock. I made an order. It was canceled 2 days later, but the product is still in stock. The support offered to call the store. In general, the impression is so-so, I sincerely sympathize with the employees, but I do not go to these stores unless absolutely necessary. It's a mess and there's no real support. And the loyalty cards have been lying for a year, mine and my mother's, the system is buggy, I can't register, tech support says yes, it's buggy, try it later, in a week. And so 3 times already.

A normal store. The assortment seems to be quite good. Close to residential buildings, convenient. The store's employees are good, but the truth is, you always have to call the cashier to come over.
