I never write reviews, but the seller's rudeness leaves me no choice. I went to buy a lip pencil, initially I went for a certain one, which I constantly use. The pencils were wrapped with an elastic band, I began to take out a pencil, to which the seller tells me that there is a tester and there is no need to open them. I explained to her that I wasn't going to open it, I was going to buy it and then I was taking it out. To which she snatched the pencils out of my hands and shoved the tester I didn't need. I explained to her once again that I don't need it and I'm going to buy it. At the moment when I took out the pencil, due to the fact that it was heavily wrapped, the roof flies off it and the seller begins to raise his voice. I take this pencil, put on the lid and go to the cash register, give the seller a bill, which she snatched from my hands and threw me the change. Who was on your shift on 04/22/2025 at 20:30, and that's the person you're addressing. For the first time I came across such rudeness, snatching money from my hands, etc. I hope you will take action against this girl. No matter how tired she was, no one allowed her to be rude, much less snatch anything from a person's hands. I did not replace this pencil, but bought it and initially said so. If I just opened it and threw it, that's another question.
