Very irresponsible staff. They took a glass with a straw. There was no tube in the window. They expected to be given at the checkout, but they didn't give it. At our request to give it out, because it should go to the kits, we were given some kind of shabby plastic, not glass, which is stated in the catalog. They looked at our claims and laughed at us, saying that it should be this battered plastic one. It is a pity that due to such staff, it was not possible to purchase the product exactly in the form in which it should be.

Ужасный персонал. Вместо того чтобы вежливо информировать о закрытии магазина, две особы(работницы) позволяют себе мат в адрес покупателя. Бог с ней с вежливостью, но кричать на весь магазин это за гранью. Дата посещения 14.06.26.

The advantages are good prices and a selection of goods (almost all Russian). Cons - it's cramped. It happens that it is impossible to approach the shelves. The disadvantages are that there are not price tags everywhere and there is no scanner. I have to distract the cashier to look at the price.
