It's a small area, but there's a swimming pool and a place for a rented car. .Friendly and helpful staff, almost everyone understands Russian) By the way, I would like to thank the administrator Sazu separately for solving any of our questions and for her iron nerves), she reacted very adequately to my hysteria of dissatisfaction with the room, apparently the stress after a long flight affected. and she even offered to consider a replacement, ... But with the first dawn, peace came to replace emotions)), and it was no longer needed. The nature here is fascinating. I don't know why they write about monotonous food and a high hill climb, it didn't become a problem for us. Have you ever been to the neighboring fir trees where the angle of ascent is almost 90° without steps, and people hardly saw fruits for breakfast. The only thing missing in the room was the tulle on the windows, as the windows of our room were not tinted, so we had to choose either beautiful views or change clothes)) Otherwise, everything is on time, clean and tidy. The breakfasts did not seem monotonous to us, on the contrary, we were satisfied and everything was fine for two weeks. I really liked the location. 5 minutes to Karon Beach, and 7 minutes to Kata Beach. The hotel consists of several buildings. I was moved into building C. It is located just behind the reception and restaurant building. The hotel is located deep off the road, so it's not noisy. She even left the balcony door open at night. The rooms in Building C are large, there is a wardrobe for luggage and clothes, a large bed, a dining table, dishes, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer. Shower gel and shampoo in large bottles. Slates are not disposable. You can also rent a beach mat, an umbrella and a rain raincoat at the hotel. I liked that the balcony with the neighboring one is blocked by a blank wall. It's not like that in Case A. There's only a half-way partition. And there are fewer rooms there. There is no closet, and the air conditioner is directly above the bed. Building B is located near the pool. Go up the hill to buildings A and B. The staff helps with the luggage. You can go up the road and stairs. Not critical. There is a small area near the pool where you can relax. Despite the small territory, everything is well maintained, green and cozy. There are clothes dryers, a table and armchairs on the balconies. I don't know about the other buildings, the building has a mosquito net all over the balcony door. The restaurant is above the reception. It's small, but very cozy, and there's plenty of room for everyone. There were some new dishes every day. There was always soup, side dish, some chicken dishes, egg or scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits, juices, sauces, yogurt, jams. You definitely won't stay hungry. The staff is very polite and friendly. We are always ready to help. I arrived before check-in. I left my luggage at the reception, changed my clothes and went to the beach. Of all the hotels I chose, this was the most budget-friendly. After reading the reviews, I was afraid it wouldn't be very good, but it turned out to be just great. I want to warn you right away that the rooms in the buildings are different. That's why there are negative reviews. There are ants, but only near the sink, where it is damp. Food, of course, should not be left. There is a fruit shop near the hotel, where you can buy whole and peeled fruits. Pharmacies, massage parlors, a Veranda cafe with excellent cuisine and service are also nearby.

We stayed at the hotel from February 4-11, 26. We lived in building B at the very top. Everything was fine with us. Do not forget that the hotel is 3 ka. There were only Russians. No one speaks Russian. Positive. Very convenient location. A quiet place. But it's a small hill to walk on. Everything is clean, nothing is missing from the room. There is no safe in the room. It's not a problem to put it in an envelope. The in-room bar is paid. Except for the water. Of detergents, soap and shower gel. Toilet paper was placed on a roll every day. The problem with changing beach towels. If you need to change them, the only option is to leave them in the room. Because they clean up when the tourists are no longer in the rooms. Sun beds and umbrellas are free at the reception. They didn't give them to us under any kind of signature, they took them who wanted freely. The breakfasts are very specific, but we weren't hungry. There is no choice. There's no coffee. In the rooms, 3 were put in one every day. If you like good coffee in the morning, bring it with you. We took the drip bags. Coffee in cafes and restaurants is the same. Instant . Don't take it. They don't know what a cappuccino is. Take the knife with you. Not in the room. They give you a deposit of 100 baht. It is needed for fruits. There is no hair dryer. There is no iron. It's like having a knife on bail. For the cons, I do not remove the star, since it is a three. The impression remains... you can go back. The main thing is quiet, given the density of traffic and motorcycles.
