And many thanks to the administrator, we have a car blocked along the lake 4 km from the complex. It was lucky that the next day there was a transfer from Minsk and they were able to hand over the key, otherwise it would have been another problem how to return home) I also want to note that there are many attractions nearby that are worth seeing: the church in the town of Vidzy, the Lighthouse, the highest point on Braslav (take your passports, there is a border control), and the city of Braslav itself

The Three Bears Country Club is about nature, silence, soul and service. I do not know how to describe this place. Maybe you just need to feel it. There is a long forest road leading there. It winds for eight kilometers, but it is necessary to have time to exhale, shake off the dust of the city and enter the silence completely empty and ready. The nature here is just a fairy tale. The lake is the main thing. It's everywhere. In the morning it greets with a misty haze, in the evening it goes into the sunset and turns purple. And at night, the stars are reflected in it — there are an obscene number of them here. The forest approaches gently, without pressure. It smells of pine needles, moss and something sweet, elusive. The air that you want to drink. But the main value here is care. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Perfect cleanliness in the room, linen linen, comfortable bed— little things that you can feel on your skin. But another thing is more important: they don't serve here, they take care of here. Issues are resolved instantly and without unnecessary words. The staff greets you with a smile, but not a smile on duty, but a real, warm one. The attitude is as if he came to visit himself. And it's not a service. It's a soul. "Three Bears" is not about "wow." It's about "I want more." I want too. I miss you already. I'm already planning. I already know what I'm coming back for: silence, stars in the lake, air that can't be bottled, and people who know how to receive guests as if they've been waiting for you all their lives. Overall, a good guest park hotel. There are not a lot of activities in winter, go downhill and go to the sauna for an additional fee. The food is good, there is even too much of it at full board, it is better to take only breakfast, and then buy a dish for lunch and dinner (the restaurant menu consists of 90% of the full board menu. The sauna is good, you can swim in the river and there is a warm font outside. The rooms are ordinary. If you take a house (barnhouse or another) it is much more pleasant to live. I leave a four out of five rating so that the guys can improve on a couple of points and say "wow". Now about what is worth improving and what is good. The only negative is the buffet breakfast. The food on them is noticeably lower in quality than the rest of the base. For example, we had a buffet breakfast for four days, and the quality of the dishes was low: it is clear that a lot of semi-finished products were purchased somewhere and prepared in advance. On the last day, we had a la carte meals (the occupancy was low that day), and the breakfasts were simply stunning — excellent service, beautiful plates and a very high level of food. In terms of quality and serving, such breakfasts in Minsk would definitely cost at least twice as much. If we fix the quality of the buffet, the impression of the base will be much better. What else can be improved: Pillows. Now many hotels offer two pillows for the same price (one for your head, the other for comfort or for your feet). We only had one regular pillow per person. This is not critical, but I would like to add a second pillow. In the cabin: there were no extra pillows on the sofa, armchairs and chairs. If you want to lie down, you have to drag a pillow from the bedroom. Sun beds/hammock. We lived in new modern cabins — beautiful, high-quality and ergonomic, but there are no sun beds or hammocks in the new cabins. The old houses have such facilities. We asked for sun beds three times and were refused every time, it was sad. They could not provide simple plastic sun beds. Of course, you can lie down on the grass, but there are a lot of stray cats (I counted more than 10) that are friendly, but often with ticks, so it was uncomfortable for me to lie on the grass. Despite these comments, there are many advantages — they have already been written about in other reviews, and they are fully confirmed by our experience: beautiful houses, silence, beautiful nature, plenty of entertainment for this format of recreation, pleasant friendly service, as well as incredibly delicious food for lunch and dinner. By changing a few little things (buffet breakfasts, extra pillows, and the availability of sun beds/hammocks), the base will be just perfect - 11 out of 10. We will be coming back anyway and already recommend this database to friends and acquaintances.

A gorgeous place - everything is done with a soul. The territory is large, you can walk, enjoy the landscaping and the huge lake. In the evening, when there is no one on the beach, you can watch birds and fish. There is also a small river, but with a small pier. Nice staff, it's obvious that they're trying. There are a lot of additional entertainment in the form of a sauna, fishing, barbecue area, but for an additional fee. Table tennis, a basketball court with a ball, and the beach were included in the price. A huge pier is a separate love and a place of attraction. We lived in a crystal on the second floor with a view of the river and the sunset. It was amazing! The room is clean, tidy, not shabby. I liked everything. Only the audibility is very impressive, if loud neighbors live nearby, it will be so-so. Buffet breakfast is not a choice like in a Turkish hotel, but you definitely won't stay hungry. In general, the restaurant is very decent both in terms of the interior and the choice of dishes. The prices are Minsk. We want to return for a longer period of time to enjoy the beauty, peace and tranquility of this place.

A great place to relax in nature!!! Here you can find activities for every taste or just go for a walk and relax. A large selection of rooms and guest houses for a family or a large company. Very beautiful landscaping, walking around the club grounds is a special pleasure, thanks to the staff. A beautiful, cozy restaurant with excellent cuisine and excellent waiters (we felt at home). The staff are all very attentive and friendly! We were very lucky with the weather, it's worth paying attention to when booking (see the forecast) and in the end we even swam in the lake on 19.09. Nature is here, it's a different story!!! The lakes are magnificent❤️❤️❤ People come here to celebrate various events, just to steam in the sauna, go fishing, for the weekend, we spent a wonderful week of vacation!!! The prices are quite reasonable when compared with Russian ones for holidays of this level.The parking lot is spacious. There were no disadvantages for us. We will definitely come back here, we recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!!!

The complex is located on the shore of a large lake with several islands and a nice beach. A large green area with lots of ornamental trees, flowers, flower beds, but there is a lack of a good gardener.. (weeds and dandelions are doing their job). There are tennis courts, exercise equipment, and a playground on site. There is a restaurant with a beautiful interior, you won't stay hungry for breakfast, but the dishes from the main menu leave much to be desired (prices are like in good establishments in Minsk). A high-voltage line with gray poles runs through the complex, which does not add aesthetics at all.. Special thanks to the reception manager, the person is really in his place! And he will prompt you, and talk and advise, and all with undisguised pleasure. In the rooms of the Crystal Palace, the neighbors can be heard as much as possible, even as they close the curtains or talk. It is better to choose a separate house for recreation.

We had a family vacation from September 8 to September 11 at the Three Bears Country Club. We stayed in a room at the Khrustalny hotel complex. We liked everything very much: a wonderful well-groomed territory, a comfortable room, a huge number of leisure options (for a fee and for free), an incredibly beautiful lake on the territory. All the staff is polite, the food from the restaurant is excellent: delicious and satisfying. Thank you for the "Rest more, pay less" campaign. The only drawback is the access to the complex with a gravel road (5 km on one side and 12 km on the other), but this has nothing to do with the complex itself! Thank you, we will definitely recommend you to visit our friends and acquaintances!

One of the best country clubs in RB is a huge territory with all kinds of sports grounds, here you will find a tennis court, a mini football, a tripod hall in the open air, a trampoline, table tennis, and much more, a magnificent beach, pier, rental of boats, catamarans, kayaks, generally as they say on every taste and purse, the cuisine in the restaurant is at the level of the best in Minsk, the cherry on the cake is the ultimate river bath, it stands apart from the whole complex, right on the riverbank, wooden, with a wood-burning furnace, the cost is 300 rubles, up to six people, maybe a little expensive, but it's worth it, the pleasure is not to describe perhaps only to feel it yourself.

However, the overall impression was slightly spoiled by annoying little things in the service, which seem strange for a country complex of this level.: 1. There was only one towel per person in the room (of course, everything was resolved by conversation, but in general, my opinion is that using one towel for face, hair and body is at least not hygienic) 2. There were a lot of ants in the room. 3. I was surprised by the paid rental of wine glasses in the room (there are no questions about covering the cost of a broken glass, but the fact that you can't just provide glasses for the comfort of guests is somewhat strange) 4. The behavior of the staff (in particular, in the restaurant) seemed too intrusive. We were asked several times about table reservations for dinner and were constantly asked when we would pay for the glass rental. In the end, we even had a joke about "6 rubles" (the feeling that any simple action and wish requires an additional payment) Bottom line: the estate is beautiful, the nature and infrastructure are top, but the service needs to become much more delicate and attentive to details.

A wonderful place to relax . Comfortable accommodation, delicious food in an aesthetically beautiful restaurant, leisure for every taste and color. There are a lot of tourists, but due to the huge territory, it is not felt at all. The only flaw is the children's room (a converted gazebo), it is not heated in the cool season and the children have to play in jackets, meager toys and equipment, in general, improvements are needed. The restaurant, as for the food here, is short ~ fast, very tasty and the price is affordable. 4. Accommodation, we lived in a house with a reed roof, we were immediately afraid that it would be cold, but the underfloor heating, the stove and the air conditioner brushed aside these doubts. Inside, everything was made of natural wood and the spirit of originality was felt, but at the same time all the benefits of civilization were in place: air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, etc. 5. A good place for a family vacation. We rested in the Crystal room.Everything is decent. They don't provide water, though. There is enough entertainment. WE went fishing in a private small pond in which, according to promises, you can catch a couple of kg of fish. Nearby there are children's sports grounds, a marina with catamarans and boats. Breakfast is normal. The food in the restaurant is fine. However, there is no live music in the evening, nor any entertainment program. That's a fat minus. Boring. You can entertain yourself except there in karaoke for 50p per hour. Road. If you follow the navigator, then 15 km of horror will begin after the border checkpoint. The road is broken in such a way that it will shake all the positivity out of you, and the suspension out of the car. You can go around through Vidzy and turn towards the manor house at Ops. But there's still 5 km to suffer on the broken road at the entrance + the circle increases the distance by 50 km.

I would also highlight the format of a leisurely vacation with walks around the territory and relaxing by the lake - during the week I spent here, I calmed down and reached zen. As usual, there is a fly in the ointment in every barrel. In this case, this place of residence is Crystal 1 with no Internet (wi-Fi was needed for work) and terrible sound insulation. I also wrote a separate review about this house. Perhaps we were unlucky with time, but the mosquitoes on the street wanted to drink not only the blood of the walker, but also to suck out the soul - there are no mosquito traps, as in other similar complexes in Belarus. Don't forget your repellents! Also, I ask you to draw the management's attention to the algae-covered swimming area on the lake: it was obvious how uncomfortable many people were swimming because of this. Although the kids are thrilled anyway. The disadvantage can also be considered the high cost of services and food in the restaurant, and unfiltered beer for bottling that ended in the middle of the rest. The main disadvantage is that there are terrible roads on both sides of the entrance to the complex. We were led along the northern road, a detour of about 30 km, so most of the time we couldn't get a tooth on a tooth because of the "washboard" on the primer. I'm going to the service to check the suspension in the near future, it was obviously stressful for the car. With all the disadvantages, I would come back here, at least to swim in the new pool under construction on the territory of the complex. And see how the bugs described above have been fixed.

We were here at the end of June. In general, I rate it at 4. I knew about the bad road in advance from the reviews, but still 30 km is just too much. Perhaps we need to discuss this issue with the district administration somehow and resolve it together. We were accommodated quickly, although we arrived early. The breakfasts were good, varied, and there was plenty of everything. We lived in the Crystal 1 complex, the room has a very high audibility, you can hear the neighbors walking and talking, you need sound insulation, otherwise it's not a vacation. For me, the big disadvantage was the lack of food supplies, some kind of car counter, or at least a small refrigerator with drinks at the reception, as often happens in hotels. Maybe they come here for a short time and take everything with them, but I don't know how families with children live here, eating only in a restaurant. You can't calculate everything exactly to take with you. And the nearest settlement is 20-30 km away. And we don't have a car. Cleaning is on request, maids do not enter the rooms regularly. Someone might like it, but personally, it's more convenient for me when cleaning is done regularly, rather than for me to inform the reception about it. Which works for some reason until 22. It's strange, because the reception should be around the clock, you never know what will happen to the guests, you need to call the doctors or something else urgent. I would also recommend installing at least a small swimming pool, the weather was cool and all that remained was to look at the lake. A pool would be a great help in such a situation. You can also organize a souvenir shop on site. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, everything was delicious, but there were situations - we booked a table in advance for dinner and the time, one day the administrator calls and asks to rebook the table, that it is for 6 people for a large company. I agreed. But there was no full boarding that day, there were still tables for 6 and 8 people in the hall, and they did not say in advance that they would give large tables to companies. So whoever booked this table earlier is right. This is not right for the guests. So what if there are only 2 of us? If there were no more options for a full landing, then I would understand. I went for a massage, and Julia, the specialist, really liked it. When we checked out and had already handed in the key, but 5-10 minutes had passed, mom remembered that she had forgotten to pick up toilet water from the locker in the room. She asked for the key to go pick it up. For some reason, they didn't give me a key, someone from the staff went to the room on a scooter, returned and said there was nothing. But when we got home, there was no perfume in the suitcase. And this is theft and can greatly ruin a reputation. I recommend correcting the voiced shortcomings and then the rating will be excellent.

We booked rooms at the Crystal Hotel, the website indicates that the reservation includes a common BBQ area. We found the barbecues and settled down under a canopy, later as it turned out, it is considered a paid gazebo (its price, if anything, is half the room rate). Accordingly, there is no common barbecue area, as we understood, although friends have been here many times and it was all included in the price. Everything else is fine, we'll come again.

Everything is practically new. Clean, tidy. The house itself has three rooms. For a family with two children - super! There is everything you need. From skewers to dishes. I'll leave the photo below. They are checked when passing the border post. But I can't say that I'm dead. 10-13 km. Kind of. But it is also justified. We were driving into the forest away from people and it is clear that the road will be through the forest, not the highway. But I think there will be asphalt soon. Upon arrival, everything was shown and told. The complex is under construction and there will be a lot of new things and a spa and new houses and a landscaped area. Although we've had enough of everything right now. Playgrounds, slides and playgrounds for children. I liked the restaurant in general. As a designer, I appreciated the design. Plus, we had breakfast Included- in the morning, just a gorgeous buffet. Delicious food and service. Someone will say the choice is small- but I think it's great for breakfast. It was all that was needed. There are very few people at breakfast. The seats in the restaurant were free. As for the water in the room, I read and am amazed - people just drive from the city to the forest and think that there will be chlorinated water! Of course not! And it's super. They wrote that it smells like a swamp. But you probably don't know what the swamp smells like. The water smells like iron. There is an admixture of it in the water. And that's okay. The skin of the face and body does not dry. I know that for sure. Since purified water is tin. I've been living in the country all summer and I have the same water with iron. The skin is great! But the price tag and the price of the dishes correspond to a high category. The territory has everything for sports and a pleasant pastime (tennis court, ping pong, playground with outdoor exercise equipment, horizontal bars), a well-groomed beach, which is cleaned several times during the day, ski and boat rentals.
