We came to the hotel on the recommendation of friends who stayed here every year and their reviews were positive! When I opened the door to the apartment, everything seemed very unpleasant to me visually. After taking off my shoes, I started sticking to the floor in the kitchen area. They called the cleaning service and washed it. I'm sticking again- I'm calling- this time it's already been washed. But! When leaving the shower without slippers, there is a risk of slipping, since the floor is probably washed with a detergent in its pure form. The floor is always sticky and unpleasant. The white slippers turn black after half an hour. And this is subject to daily "cleaning". All the walls were covered with something, and so were the doors. She called the cleaning service again. The shower is dirty! There was a mosquito smeared on the shower wall. I asked to wash the shower, and the mosquito stayed there like a trophy, apparently. 🥲 The bed linen has not been changed even once in 2 weeks. There are few dishes, the kitchen is dark, there is no backlight and nothing is visible. Back to the floor - it's unclear how the floors were cleaned. The children spilled the beads and so these beads lay in one place . Our room G01 (garden) was on the ground floor and the only plus was the terrace. The kids were playing there, and we had coffee in the sun in the morning. There was a restaurant nearby, but it didn't stop us from falling asleep in the evenings. The street is generally quiet. In general, the impressions were very unpleasant. Perhaps the cycle case is better. It has a reception, a landry, and an elegant pool area (I'll attach a photo). 5-7 minutes to the sea through the park

We went there 2 times, in 2026 for the second time. We lived in the first building (not a speakerphone). 1. The staff is smiling and friendly, they speak broken English. they do not respond quickly to requests (the kettle was broken on the first visit, they immediately replaced the problems with the intercom, the employee came running after 10 minutes and fixed everything). 2. The room is clean for 4 people. Linen, bathroom, sofa, all surfaces within reach are all clean. There are dust patches on cabinets and containers. I saw how the rooms were cleaned after the tenants, pillows and blankets were taken away for cleaning, which is a huge plus. Cleaning is done every day, you just can't guess when, and sometimes it disrupts the residents' plans, but this is solved by a do not disturb sign. 3. There are few dishes, if you plan to live for a long time, take a frying pan / ladle additionally. The dishes are all Ikea. 4. Towels are changed daily 5. Wi-Fi is stable 6. The TV is outdated, I did not read half of the formats from the hard disk. 7. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard. It was cleaned of leaves daily. Only from the roof of the neighboring house, something drips from the drain into the pool and the purity of the water is questionable. But I'm generally not a fan of the pool, if there is a sea nearby. 8. Speaking of the sea, it takes 10 minutes to walk, 9. The area is crowded, there are many cafes and bars. There's a fish diner on the corner. There is a pharmacy on the corner with a Russian-speaking pharmacist (thanks to her, she always helps with the selection). 10. There are playgrounds across the street 11. There is a bus stop nearby 12 market within walking distance
