Extremely disappointed with the purchase. My husband bought three roses on 04/29/2026 last night (~20:00), he doesn't understand flowers himself, so he completely trusted the seller. Since I understand flowers, I noticed during the presentation that the base of the buds is soft, "loose", without density. There is no turgor or signs of freshness.At the same time, such rapid wilting indicates that the product was initially stale or improperly stored. Despite the fact that the stems were immediately pruned and the flowers were placed in cold water, by 7 a.m. all three roses had completely wilted and lost their marketable appearance. It is very unpleasant that a buyer without experience is actually being sold a deliberately low-quality product. We expected at least basic quality control and an honest attitude. I do not recommend this store. Money spent and a ruined impression.
