It is clear that people are in their place and know what they are doing. The documents were processed carefully, without too much fuss, everything is clear and to the point. It's nice that the department is clean and cozy, the atmosphere is calm. The main thing is to feel like a customer, not like "another number in the queue." Thanks to the staff — it's because of such people that I want to contact them again.
