We visited this climbing wall and were absolutely delighted! Very cool staff — they were warmly welcomed, explained everything and created a cool atmosphere. The lockers are well made, and there's really plenty of room in the locker rooms to change clothes and fold up in peace, no jostling. Thanks to our instructors. One explained difficult routes for those who were good at it, and the other helped our girl, who was very afraid of heights, overcome her fear and still climb to the top. Such support is worth a lot. The visitors are also very friendly, and something unites them into a very cool and unusual community. We will definitely come to you again!

Записала дочь на пробное занятие 21.06.26 г. на 18 ч. Заплатили 20 руб за занятие. Планировали ходить на постоянной основе. В итоге к новичку инструктор не подошел ни разу, ни разу!!! за все занятие. Инструктор - лысый мужчина с татуировками, уж простите, не знаю, как зовут, занимался своими делами, что-то клеил. Дочке немного помогла девочка, которая занимается уже давно. Муж, который ждал ребенка, заглядывал в зал, дочь просто сидела. Инструктор не удосужился поинтересоваться, почему ребенок сидит, видимо, был сильно занят. Примерно минут за 15-20 до конца занятия он вообще ушел из зала и уже не вернулся. Вероятно, в клубе свои особенные правила техники безопасности, которые позволяют оставлять детей на скалодроме без присмотра. Естественно, ребенок разочарован, и заниматься дальше категорически не хочет. И это хорошо, что ничего не случилось, обошлось без травм. Возмущена до предела! Вот такая клиентоориентированность. Если в клубе такое отношение к новичкам (никакое), которых по идее надо заинтересовать, плюс грубое нарушение техники безопасности при работе с детьми, то легко можно себе представить все остальное. Естественно, клуб категорически не рекомендую.

For the first time we decided to try a climbing wall. The receptionist is pleasant, explained well and helped us choose the subscription we needed. The instructor was polite and attentive. The atmosphere in the hall itself is pleasant, the people are friendly and helpful with advice. We had a great time and got positive emotions.
