The houses are beautifully built, but the location is bad. Along the main street. It's very noisy. The elevators in the houses are dirty. There are a lot of defects in the apartments. There's nothing nearby.. a vacant lot.

I'll be honest (no offense, but) The location is far away, the renovation is so-so. Interior doors speak Russian, but they don't seem to be of high quality. Apartments are expensive if you want to buy. When there is no light and you will be left without water.
