The sellers are completely incompetent! A guy bought me an engagement ring from them, and he came with my other ring for that. They sold him a smaller ring, said that if anything it wasn't scary and they could change the size, but in the end, when we came to them because the ring turned out to be small, they said they wouldn't change it and they didn't say they could, and they didn't see any guilt on their part at all!
