Today I faced a very uncomfortable situation in this branch. I went in to buy 2 boxes of cookies as a gift, two children came with me (one in my hand). There were two employees at the branch who completely ignored me and actively discussed personal topics among themselves. I waited a few minutes, but no one came to me. I decided to leave the branch with words : "You're going to get it, then you're going to get it.", Got the answer: "If you don't come in either!” After that, I returned to clarify the situation, but instead of apologizing, I received even more rude answers. When I asked the names of the employees, they answered that "they do not work here." I think such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for the network, and not for a small private object. It is very sad when a client who clearly has a desire to buy is completely ignored and receives rudeness in response. I hope that the management will pay attention to the level of service available in this branch.
