We come here on september, we didn’t like it that much but the place is super great and near the center and also in the mornings idk from which hour the receptionist woke everyone up by singing very loud we ignored it the first day, we decided to give them another chance and decided to come on new year as well, we texted beforehand they told us another price then canceled our stay and told us that the prices for december will be available on November now they don’t answer us, we planned our whole trip, and because of their irresponsibility everything got mixed up, they don’t answer and all the rooms are booked, they are super bad in communication, i don’t recommend because they are really irresponsible and rude

We were here in 2024 and really liked everything! But unfortunately, we came here in 2025. This time there was not even toothpaste and brushes in the room, towels were only bath towels, the hair dryer did not work, they asked for help, searched for an hour at our hotel, found it and also turned out not to be working). The breakfasts this time are just ugly with ants on the pieces of bread. The woman who handles breakfast is extremely unfriendly and rude. In a word, everything was allowed to take its course, but the prices are high - a tiny room for two 140 GEL per day. I won't go here anymore and I don't recommend it. July 2025.

The old town is beautiful. The place is super. Near the embankment, cable car, shops, cafes. A very pleasant receptionist. The room is clean, spacious, with its own kitchen (very convenient).
