There is a good variety of tour programs, which is a plus, but there is no individual approach. The tour program was followed, but there was very little information. Guide Chyngyz behaved unprofessionally and unethically, including imposing his opinions and making inappropriate comments. He also drove unsafely (dangerous overtakes, crossing solid lines, no seatbelt, using his phone) and showed little regard for passenger comfort. Overall, traveling with him seriously spoiled the experience

We are from Russia, we took the "4 days around Issyk-Kul" tour. The tour went great :) Very beautiful, stunningly majestic. The service was excellent, the work of the Chyngyz guide was excellent, the manager Alisher responded very quickly even when it was almost 23 o'clock in his time zone. The tour was only for 2 people, so everything was flexible - it's nice when people listen to your wishes. Long journeys are tiring, but since the teleporter is not yet operational, you need to be patient here. I will recommend your tours to my friends :)
