She came by herself and brought her son. We are guests in the city, we followed the recommendations of our friends. I don't know what kind of service Homelites are used to, but I was shocked and horrified. First of all, the son was tonsured like a British rake. Everything was completely removed from the bottom, the cap was left on top (remember the hairstyle "under the pot"?) In my case, when asked to remove the length evenly from the cascade, they removed 3 cm along the overgrown tier and no more. The masters in the salon did not learn how to dry: 1. They dried from the ends, not from the roots (the hair dries out so if you were not taught) 2. They let me out of the car with a wet head. They don't take any comments. Both masters let us leave the salon as if they had done us a favor. They seem to be focused exclusively on the local public. Not the most pretentious. You don't smile at strangers as if they were "your own." Although, with such hairstyles, we are now guaranteed to pass for Kostyukovsky.

My review is based on a comparison with the salons in other cities where I am a regular. Natalia was the master. Many people praise, I didn't like it categorically. I couldn't cope with the simple task of removing the length the first time. Instead of 5 cm (3 fingers), I removed 3 cm. For my waist-length, consider it "nothing." After my indignation and with the support of the administrator, Natalia had her hair cut. Unpleasant. In addition, Natalia completed her work 3 times and let me go. All 3 times with a half-dried head. By the way, it's 0 degrees outside. For the third time, an administrator was brought in to check the quality of the work. Because Natalia's work has already caused laughter and doubt among all those present. The way Natalia dried her hair deserves a separate comment. My density, like any other that every master knows, is dried pretty well. Natalia overdried the ends, the top layer, and the bangs. I dried the back of my head and the lower part of my hair from the fourth time. As for the service, neither tea nor aromatic coffee, which they write about, was offered to me. As well as apologies for inappropriate service and quality of work. I'm not even talking about a discount. She wasn't offered either. The salon is probably not bad for a costume party. But in general, the quality of service and craftsmen is below average.
