We rented an office in this business center for several years, and faced the following problems: the boorish attitude of the business center's landlord and security guards towards the tenants. When we moved into the office, we did not pay attention to the shortcomings in the offices in the form of worn carpet and not fresh wallpaper on the walls, but when we were evicted, we were billed more than 10,000 Belarusian rubles for the repair of the entire office, carpet was replaced, walls were painted and wallpaper was glued. There has always been a problem with parking, in order for cars to enter the guest parking lot, the guards need to bow at their feet to be allowed through, and two parking spaces were rented upon check-in, and later one parking space was taken away for no reason. The price per square meter has increased by more than 30% in three years. Carefully study the lease agreement with this landlord and before signing the act of acceptance of the premises, describe all the shortcomings that you will see, since upon eviction you will be billed even for what you did not spoil. The rest of the floors can be reached on foot by stairs. The stairs are very uncomfortable, high steps with a sharp edge. A lot of knees are broken there. Inside the business center on the ground floor there is a good cafeteria, on the ground floor there is a Hop restaurant. There is also a branch of MTBank on the ground floor. There is an ATM, an information kiosk, currency exchange, the ability to issue cards, etc. services, including for legal entities.

An office building. The lunch at the restaurant downstairs is below average, but the prices are decent. The cafe on the ground floor is expensive, but you can have a snack when it burns. There are not enough elevators and they are definitely dumb. I would also like to separately note the genius in designing - when you want to ventilate and open the window, the air from the corridor blows out onto the street. And so the office building is like a building. The location is not the best, but at lunch you can walk to Galileo or the Capital if necessary. There are few parking spaces, both in the underground parking lot and nearby on the "roadsides".
