Hello everyone I had a vacation with my daughter in May. We were deliciously fed for 20 days - they cook a variety of dishes, meat, soups, salads, vegetables, pastries, compote, fruits every day and most importantly pancakes!!! The staff of the canteen work with all their heart, as a team - everything is clear! We lived in a cottage, a room with a sea view. The room is cleaned every 3 days (it was cleaned conscientiously - everything is perfectly clean). Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. The pool is really warm (there have been many places, there is something to compare it with). It's nice to swim) An employee watches the pool all day to keep it in order. The receptionist is a wonderful woman who tries to help and solve any guest's question. There are awesome roses all over the territory. There are soooo many of them and they are all different (peony-shaped and multicolored). The beach is big, we saw dolphins every day. There is a shop nearby (we bought Turkish ice cream). We liked it) Thank you to all the staff of the Tikhaya Gavan hotel for their friendly welcome and high-quality work.

We had a vacation with a friend in June 2025, lived in a shared building on the 1st floor. The rooms are quite clean and modern, we have been to Abkhazia more than once, and this hotel is not bad. The pool is not big, there are a lot of children, it would be nice if we made another pool. The territory is strewn with roses. It is very beautiful and has a pleasant smell. The food is 3 out of 5. The first two days are normal, then it's always the same. The staff is polite. The sea is beautiful, clean, not far to go. Outside the hotel there are a lot of shops, and alcohol and fruits, you will find everything. The hotel is more for family holidays.
