We were here only one night, without breakfast, so I'll write my first impression. The hotel is in an unusual style for me, I would even say "luxury". Our room had a balcony, the view was amazing, but the balcony was really a little cramped. I was pleased with the hair conditionersThe staff is friendly, there is water with lemon on the ground floor. We left suitcases in a separate room, and they reacted calmly to my next request to open this room in order to put things in a suitcase. It took about 30-40 minutes to get to Rustaveli on foot from the hotel. Since the check—out was at 12, and my departure was at 21:00, I had to pass the time at the hotel in the evening, I was sitting in the hall on the ground floor - there were no questions. In general, everything is fine, there are no complaints!

A wonderful hotel from A to Z. The service is excellent, there are both Russian-speaking and English-speaking staff, I think this is absolutely normal when traveling to another country. Cleaning every day without additional requests, very clean, cozy and tidy. Delicious and varied breakfasts (yogurt with chia seeds is a special recommendation). The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the views from the balcony are stunning. In some reviews, they wrote about the smells from the sulfur baths - the smells are felt only when descending into the territory of the baths themselves. There are absolutely no smells in the hotel or on the balcony. Spacious, not crowded, great interior, everything is tasteful. We didn't find any disadvantages at all, we will definitely come more than once! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Good location, parking. Friendly staff, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. The hotel has a magnificent view of Tbilisi. I've stayed here many times.
