⚠️ Tickets.kz is a complete disaster, not a service! It's the same thing for the second day in a row: I pay for tickets — several hours pass — and they demand to “pay extra” again, because the price has allegedly changed. Are you serious?! This is no longer a mistake, this is systemic fraud and extortion. Yesterday they did the same thing: they withdrew the payment, then “changed their mind”, and promised a refund in 3-5 days. Today is a repeat. The money is blocked, the tickets have not been redeemed, the price has increased, and all plans have been disrupted. The support service is a disgrace. No knowledge, no competence, no responsibility. They don't even understand what a public offer is and that the client has the right to timely execution of the contract. All their “solutions" come down to one thing — wait and pay more. Because of their “work”, I had to postpone meetings, cancel transfers and waste time, and now I have to look for tickets again, because these simply cannot cope with an elementary task. This is not a service — it is a mockery of customers. 🎯 Tickets.kz systematically violates the law on consumer protection. 🟥 Never use this website! If you value your nerves, time, and money, avoid it. It's a pity I didn't read the reviews here in advance, my departure time was also changed and I had to pay extra for corrections, as they accused me, although there is evidence, screenshots and video screens, but they didn't care about it, since there was no time to look for tickets, they had to pay extra!
