Very tasty! After three months in Turkey, I missed Russian food so much, the borscht turned out to be simply amazing, rich, homely, as if I had returned home. The only thing missing from the borscht is fat, but of course you won't find it in a Muslim country. In any case, everything was very tasty, I'll definitely come back!
