The hotel is beautiful, first line, clean, spacious beach, there is a pier. Very tasty buffet food, quite a large selection for every taste. Alcohol is mostly local, but there are also foreign ones. Pleasant and courteous staff, especially I would like to mention and thank the restaurant employee Chadasha, a very friendly person, every meeting with him lifted our spirits. The animators are also very friendly, and various games, yoga, and zumba are held. The territory is quite large, but I didn't have enough recreation areas on the lawn (sun beds, hammocks, benches), you can only walk around the hotel. Our room was in an old building, with old repairs in some places, and there was a smell of sewage in the toilet, but it was eliminated daily during cleaning. We arrived in early May - the season had just begun, it was noticeable, but still does not spoil the impression!

к. присутствует запах.

The hotel fully justifies its name - it is really normal. The overall impression is positive, there are rough edges, but there are not many of them, and they are not universal. We booked a comfort room, they are located in a separate building of the former Simena hotel (in fact, on the 2nd line, there is a shuttle service). At the time of our arrival (6.06), the building had not yet been put into operation (we went before it, there was silence, not a soul), we were settled in the main building, but in the furthest part of it (the building is elongated). But there was practically no music to be heard, and nothing prevented me from sleeping. Room 2706 is on the 7th floor. It is very spacious, has a large bed, sofa (unfolds), mini-bar (replenished every day), good TV, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, safe. The bed was not made for the child, we asked the porter who escorted us to the room, and in 5 minutes everything was done. The bed is hard, for some it's a plus, for others it's a minus. The furniture is old (let's call it "vintage"), but I love this style, it gives personality, and it's well made. The bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, cotton swabs and cotton pads. For some reason, there were no dental kits. The cotton swabs and discs were not replenished as soon as they ran out, and that's it. Bathrobes are on request, we did not take them, they are hot. The main feature of this particular room is a huge balcony and fantastic mountain views. It should be borne in mind that the balconies in the hotel are different: French (in fact, not a balcony, but just a window to the floor), small (where only one chair and a table fit), located directly opposite the neighbors (you will know what they are doing). So we were definitely lucky. The only negative is that there is no roof, and the clothes on the dryer got wet in the rain. There is a mini club with a Playground, children's and adult water parks, a large swimming pool with a children's area. There are children's sun beds in the water parks, it's very cute. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool, and several long rows by the sea. There is a pier, a tennis court and a soccer field. The territory seems compact, but due to the fact that it is elongated, we walked 10-15 thousand steps every day. There are a lot of flowers and greenery. Wi-Fi was good everywhere. The food is delicious, the Swedish line is long, and there is a large selection of pastries, fruits, cheeses, and second courses. Beef, lamb, chicken, fish. One day there were rolls. Starving compatriots pounce on strawberries in the evenings and take away full plates. There are bars on the beach and in the water park (without strong alcohol), a full range - by the pool, in the lobby, on the terrace. There is imported alcohol. Drinks are served both in glass and in cardboard glasses. In the afternoon they give ice cream and bake gozleme. There is a pastry shop, the Gusto restaurant, which operates according to the menu without recording, and a la carte with recording. There are many refrigerators with bottled water freely available throughout the territory. At the pool bar, waiters on roller skates approach the vacationers and ask if they need anything. Pleasant music is playing near the pool, unobtrusive, no Russian pop. But they turn it off at 17:00. Beach towels are issued by cards. Pick-up points are at the pool and at the water park. Calm animation - darts, water aerobics, yoga, bocce, volleyball. Mini disco and evening shows, followed by a DJ set until about 23:30. The kids' club is just great, it works until 00:00, various events and master classes are held. Children's animation is a level higher than adult animation. We had a science show, space games, a soap bubble show, and a balloon show. The children made bracelets, painted on stones, went to a restaurant and made chocolate-covered fruit skewers themselves. Aquagrim every day. All this is free of charge. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. Generally, 90% of the guests are Russian. But the contingent is adequate, without the Tagil. There are practically no Turks. There are also Germans and Balts. Pebble beach. Many people go without corals, but they are more comfortable with them. The depth is gaining quickly. There are shops and a tour desk near the hotel. The hotel itself also has 3 shops (souvenirs and groceries, outerwear, bags and shoes). We didn't go to the spa, but we were invited there every day. The spa area has an indoor pool, gym, sauna and hammam (free of charge). Now for the rough edges: - Towel dryers, toilet paper holders are located very low throughout the hotel, a strange solution. - There's a door stopper in the bathroom right on the way to the shower stall. Hello to bruised toes. - There is a strong smell from the sewer, the bathroom door must be closed at night. - Drinks in the main restaurant should be served by waiters, but this is in theory. In practice, they don't have time, there are queues at the bar, coffee machines are far away, coffee and milk are constantly running out. Juice tanks (only orange juice is in the tanks for some reason, there are different juices in the bar) are regularly empty. In general, you will have to walk a lot to eat. - There is no amphitheater, there are just tables in front of a rather low stage, so it's hard to see the evening shows because of the heads. The shows are not very interesting, monotonous. There is no presenter, there is not enough humor, somehow everything is bland. - There is an ashtray on every table at the show. And if residents of other countries can still be understood, they have a habit of smoking in their face, then I don't understand "ours". Like, "I paid, I can do it." - Animation is sluggish. Apparently, the time has passed for the charismatic animation chefs, the dancing of the hotel, and the participation of the animation team in the show. They came, shouted Boccha, boccha, darts, darts, and that's it. - There is not enough snack bar at the water park, as it is quite a long way to go to the restaurant. And in general, there are not enough snack points. Gozleme has queues all the time, the girl cooks alone. The Gusto restaurant, which is supposed to be open around the clock, actually closes at 6 p.m., before dinner at the main restaurant. In general, I would not call the concept "ultra all" in terms of nutrition. - Boats with sea excursions ply the sea, as a result, all sorts of household garbage washes up on the shore. It's not the fault of the hotel, the beach is being cleaned (and everywhere is clean enough), but there is such a nuance with the water. - There are a lot of crows in the territory. Sometimes at 4-5 in the morning, you could hear their serenades clearly. - For some reason, people come to replenish the mini-bar before 9 a.m. I'm not in favor of getting up at the crack of dawn on vacation, so they hung a sign on the rest of the days. - The paintings in the rooms and corridors are very amateur, some kind of psychedelic. Normal, for my taste, only at the reception and in the pastry shop area. The rest are not associated with recreation at all. In general, as I wrote, the hotel is normal. There are nuances, but where there are none. I got what I expected for the money I paid.
