A wonderful hotel, friendly staff, our every wish was fulfilled quickly and flawlessly, the dining room was clean and delicious, a huge variety of dishes for every taste, the entertainment program was also varied, every day and evening there were various events for both children and adults, as reported on the information screens. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I'm just thrilled! There is a spa, playgrounds, and a water park for adults and children. There is a medical room, thank God, we did not need it. Everyone, the reception, the maids, the waiters, and other staff are very friendly and polite, and almost everyone, if they don't speak Russian, at least understands it. And what a hotel inside! It's just a palace! Stained glass windows, and chandeliers! Twisted stairs! The territory is also very well maintained, lots of greenery, flowers! I fell in love with this place, I will be glad to come here again and again, and recommend this The norm hotel to my family and friends! It's not normal, it's super, it's a delight. I've really been in a fairy tale.

Плюсы: красивущее местонахождение отеля. все как на картинке, чистое море, хорошая береговая линия, удобный пирс. проблем с лежаками не было, интересные тематические ужины, умеренная анимация, аквапарки. Минусы: отсутствие хорошей уборки во всех местах, что в номерах, что в общих зонах. Очень грязный отель даже для меня, человека, которому обычно все равно на уборку, смену белья и т.д. К концу отпуска одноразовые тапочки были черными. Босиком нигде кроме пляжа не ходила.

The hotel is beautiful, first line, clean, spacious beach, there is a pier. Very tasty buffet food, quite a large selection for every taste. Alcohol is mostly local, but there are also foreign ones. Pleasant and courteous staff, especially I would like to mention and thank the restaurant employee Chadasha, a very friendly person, every meeting with him lifted our spirits. The animators are also very friendly, and various games, yoga, and zumba are held. The territory is quite large, but I didn't have enough recreation areas on the lawn (sun beds, hammocks, benches), you can only walk around the hotel. Our room was in an old building, with old repairs in some places, and there was a smell of sewage in the toilet, but it was eliminated daily during cleaning. We arrived in early May - the season had just begun, it was noticeable, but still does not spoil the impression!
