I had a very unpleasant impression of the visit. The speaker was playing very loudly above our table, and 10 times we were asked to turn it down, but we were simply ignored. There was also confusion with the order: the waiter repeated the order several times, said that he understood everything, but in the end some of the dishes did not arrive. Plus, half of the menu was not available at all — no salads, no soups. It's weird for an institution. I was particularly surprised by the guest Wi-Fi — it is there, but for some reason we were not given the password, without explanation. And it's not at all clear why the 15% service fee was automatically included in the bill, if there was no service in fact. When we were asked at the exit if we liked everything, we honestly said that everything was bad. In response, they just wished me a good evening, and that was it. No attempt to figure it out, no apologies. Customer orientation is zero. The food is also average, with a C. I definitely don't want to go back.

The desserts are delicious and the service is very fast, the atmosphere is top notch. I recommend it to everyone who loves sweets.

Very tasty sweets. Fondue and English pancakes are my favorites. The staff, service and interior are also good
