I liked that it's easy to sign up. The manicure was done well. And delicious coffee. But then I came for a pedicure to a specific master. I was waiting, but in the end they changed my master under the pretext that I should wait for that one, but this one is also very good and works with complex stops. As a result, there was no pedicure from the first evening - I washed off the cream and oil and there are no effects from the smart nozzle. And it was obvious that the master was working inattentively. Did not show the sterility of the instruments. By the way, one burr got inflamed after the manicure, I didn't associate it with the salon, and after the pedicure, the opinion changed.I don't see any point in making a scene, but I won't use this salon anymore.

I visited The Lab salon and was very satisfied. The interior is stylish and modern, the atmosphere is pleasant. The craftsmen are professional, attentive to the wishes, the result exceeded expectations. The service is at a high level, everything is neat and clean. I will definitely come again!

The master's attitude is 0 out of 10, I'm just furious, no hello, no goodbye, piggy attitude. The master was constantly distracted by the phone, and at the end of the procedure, I had to ask the master for a mirror myself, since this was apparently not part of her plans, I chose this salon because it should be considered premium, judging by the name it should be. There was also a problem with the administrator of this company. The issue with payment in the application was the increase price of 7 thousand tenge, I understand that there is a separate surcharge for the withdrawal. They have a surcharge of 2 thousand in the salon, and the wet effect of 2 thousand results in 11 thousand tenge, the administrator, after hearing my feedback, promised me a 15% discount, but according to her calculations, I have the amount the procedure came out at 14 thousand, I asked to calculate what is included in this amount, the master listed everything that I said earlier, but the amount does not add up, I tell her and show her the amount that came out in the application, in other elephants they even add additional procedures of the masters, but in this place apparently as such they do not know how to do this let's skip the moment, but the administrator began to prove to me that this amount was from last year, and I had to pay 14 thousand, to which I gave 11 and left. I think the master's work is not straight wow, there were glues (although I am not a master, but I understand how it should look), even the master accidentally glued a few eyelashes to my lower eyelashes. I am extremely unhappy with this salon, and I think that I will not return here again, in general, the salon's rating is 10 out of 10.
