It's a great hotel. Clean, with new furniture, shower gel in the shower, dental kits, cosmetic kit, sewing, etc. The kitchenette has pans, dishes, a kettle, and an electric stove. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board on the floor. The view is stunning of Victory Park with a Ferris wheel and the statue of Mother Armenia is visible. We did not expect to receive such a service for such a small amount of money! Regarding the descent that was complained about in the reviews, it's really hard to walk if you go to a transport stop or to the center, but we never used the iron staircase, we called a taxi directly to the hotel , it's affordable in Yerevan - 300-500 in the city I recommend the hotel! We had a rest before in a 4* hotel in the center, the quality of cleaning was worse than here Special thanks to the staff - starting from the security on the territory (who opens the gates), the administrator, Cleaning - everything is very pleasant and requests are solved with lightning speed

The Hill Hotel is a wonderful place to relax. The hostess, Anoush, creates an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. Marta, the receptionist, is always friendly and ready to help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Stunning view of the whole of Armenia, especially from the terrace. Overall, excellent conditions and attentive staff.Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

A great hotel, the best for this price! Firstly, there is a magnificent view of the city, an observation deck with benches. A taxi gets there quickly (Yandex works in Armenia, it costs pennies). It's a long walk to the center) Secondly, a clean, cozy room with everything you need. There is a kitchen with dishes and a stove, towels, slippers, and washbasins. We lived for 4 days, we were cleaned ☺️ The reception is polite and attentive, promptly answered and resolved questions.
