Cozy accommodation with excellent location, but there is a big disadvantage. The complex consists of two buildings and has its own territory, guarded by a barrier. A security guard keeps an eye on cars and motorcycles, but anyone can enter the territory. You can open the doors to the lobby only if you have a key pass, and without it it is impossible to use the elevator. Building A has a gym and a rooftop pool with great views where you can enjoy the sunset. In building B, the pool is located on the street. The studios have different sizes and are fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The complex has an excellent location: just a 20-minute walk to Ceylon, 15 minutes to Bangalore and only 5 minutes to the beach. There are shops, cafes with Russian cuisine, restaurants with Thai cuisine, as well as massage parlors at every turn. Taxi and delivery work without problems. The Movenpick Hotel is located nearby. This is a quiet place, but one drawback is worth noting: there is a Muslim mosque nearby, and loud prayer will wake you up every morning at 5:20. It sounds every three hours until 10 p.m. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are ready for morning prayers and appreciate the convenience and proximity to the main attractions.
