Apparently there are some problems with the coal, they don't change it until you tell them yourself, I asked them to add heat, since the coal was already covered in ashes for 30 minutes. He asked me to add heat, and eventually the hookah man shook it off and put 3 inside, so it caught fire. I wish this hookah bar prosperity, everything is there for it, success and do not make such mistakes.
