I am extremely dissatisfied with working with Vyacheslav's manager. He made an interesting initial selection, and that was the end of the comfort. Then Vyacheslav spent a very long time collecting options, he had to be constantly prodded and reminded. As a result, he spent two days doing what a guy from another travel agency I applied to did in 40 minutes. And Vyacheslav did not fully process my request, citing his busy schedule. I consider such slowness unworthy of an employee of a top tour operator. And this is the second time I've encountered him - the first time was in 2023. Back then, he also worked very slowly, and I had to constantly remind myself of myself. But then he closed the matter. As a result, I have now taken a tour with another company.

I want to say that I have never seen a worse travel agency. The director is very rude, does not follow his speech, and is incompetent. When choosing a tour, he did not take into account half of the wishes that were told to him, as a result, he sent him to the wrong place and the wrong vacation where my husband and I wanted. It's a very dirty and dilapidated office, it's very unpleasant to be there, but we thought at least they would pick up a good tour, but alas. I don't want ANYONE to go there, absolutely a person is engaged in the wrong business, maybe he is allowed to crochet, and not engage in the tour business.
