The other day I visited the second branch of the TESTO cafe, located in the business center of Tashkent. This branch opened later than the one I was in earlier, and it is immediately noticeable by the more recent renovation. The interior is decorated in light, white tones, creating a feeling of comfort and spaciousness. In addition, the establishment has already been decorated for the New Year, which adds a festive atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the menu is exactly the same as what is offered at the TESTO branch on Shota Rustaveli Street. A great place for lunch or dinner in the city center!

Previously, the Dough by Zamira brand was respected for the decent quality of semi-finished products. But unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed last time. Mantas have become almost inedible. The dough is coarse and poorly cooked, and the meat is frankly disgusting: a strange consistency, the feeling that the most substandard raw materials are used. The price has become cheaper, when asking the seller, why? The answer was: cheaper logistics. P/s for one thing and cheaper quality! I'm betting 2*, and I DON'T RECOMMEND IT! If earlier the products aroused confidence, now it is only bewilderment. The quality level has clearly dropped, and you can feel it from the first bite. We will not buy any more and will not recommend it to others until the situation changes. It's a pity — there was a good product, but it became a set of problems.

My wife and I visited this institution on July 10, 2025. We arrived in a great mood and looking forward to having a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, everything turned out exactly the opposite. We immediately ordered: ravioli in garlic sauce, eggplant salad with tomatoes, chebureks with cheese and lemonade with basil. The first problem was discovered almost immediately — with the lemonade. When I finished the first glass and noticed the stopper from the decanter, it seemed suspicious to me: dark, with black spots and a slight smell of dampness. We ran a napkin over it, and it immediately turned black. They called the waitress and asked what it was. She said she would check at the bar, and disappeared for 7-10 minutes. Returning, she stated: "It's definitely not mold." When asked why she was so sure, the answer was: "I do not know what it is, but we have all these plugs, and if it was mold, we would have eliminated it long ago." I must admit, this logic surprised me. I insisted that the manager be invited. The manager came and honestly admitted, "Yes, it's probably mold. We'll figure it out tomorrow." We suggested not including lemonade in the bill — half of which has already been drunk with this "non-mold". The service seemed to end there. Removing a drink that turned out to be potentially dangerous from the bill is polite, but it is extremely insufficient. But that's not all. It turned out that one of the three dishes — chebureks with cheese — was simply forgotten to be punched. It's been 40 minutes since we arrived. We ordered three dishes for the two of us, and the waitress just didn't pass one of them to the kitchen. When we asked where it was, we were asked to wait another 10 minutes. I refused. I asked again if the restaurant would somehow compensate for our ruined evening. The invoice amount is about 130 thousand soums. And in my opinion, in normal establishments with such a level of errors, the receipt should be reset to zero. But he didn't insist. Lemonade and an unsalted cheburek were removed from the bill. I still decided to give the institution a chance. I left a review in the complaint book and my phone number so that the manager or owner could contact me. Three days have passed, and no one has called, texted, or apologized. That's why I decided to write this review. I highly do not recommend this place. The staff is not set up to solve problems, and the negligent attitude towards sanitary issues and the quality of service is depressing. It takes a lot of effort to get all the corks on the lemonade covered with mold without anyone noticing. Or just don't care about the guests.

I ordered soup on the terrace, left for 5 minutes, and when I returned, I was already eating on the table. It was served without me, I did not control how much the dish was there, what insects could get there, even a leaf could fall from a tree (I remind you it was outside on the terrace). The waiter smiled as if I were her friend, she didn't care at all that she didn't know how to work and didn't know any service flaws, she didn't care about me as a guest and herself as an employee. The receptionist simply justified herself by saying that the waitress has been working recently, although this in no way justifies poor staff training. They offered to replace the dish, I refused, and thank God because while I was waiting for the coffee bill, a girl next to me started washing the parapet from a nearby store, it's literally 20 cm from me, in an institution where you should eat and enjoy food, they wash the surface with a sponge and cloth under your nose, it doesn't cause appetite, on the contrary, vomiting reflex (the coffee was at 6/10, so not bad for Tashkent) By the way, the staff does not greet you, they are sitting with the whole team at the bar, and they rise only when you are already in the center of the hall. If you like poor service and disrespect for you as a guest, then this is the place for you. If you value yourself as a person and want to eat comfortably, then don't come, it's better to go to the cafe next door.

As a result, he said that it would not be possible to redo the order now. How is that even possible? I mean, it's impossible to redo? Is it impossible to bring a ball of ice cream? To my objection and already complete indignation, the waiter rolled his eyes again, and as if doing me a favor, said he would bring it now. As a result, the strudel cooled down and the whole impression of the cafe was ruined at the end. Not to mention the mood. The service is disgusting. I will not return to this institution anymore.
