The team promptly completed the planting of the house on the site, taking into account the topography. Construction is already underway according to the project — no problems have arisen, everything is thought out and logical. Dmitry always answered all questions quickly and in detail, which is especially valuable in such an important process. During the construction, it became necessary to make changes to the project, and the team readily agreed to meet us. I bought a full set of projects: architecture, vertical layout, topography, geology. Contractors (vertical layout, topography, geology) This is the most positive part of the review. The contractors are great fellows, they did everything quickly and efficiently. The geologist at KAMAZ was even called twice. The first time, they made a mistake and sent a geologist instead of a surveyor. As a result, both he and we lost time, but the work was done at a high level. Project liquidity This is the most unobvious moment that we have encountered. The project is designed to maximize the cost of construction: One of the most expensive types of foundation, although the geology is excellent. All the walls are load—bearing, which increases the cost of construction. A complex rafter system with a roof angle of 30° (instead of the standard 22°). This means more masonry, lumber, gables, etc. The gas boiler room adjoins the living room, which is contrary to the norms. Get ready for the builders to spit on this project. As it turned out, everyone — from large firms to private sole proprietors — has already heard about the "quality" of projects from the "Territory". We even started covering up copyrights on the drawings, but the performers will easily recognize the "hand of the master". Deadlines They applied to Dmitry even without a building permit. He knew about it and took the money, but started work only after receiving permission, despite the verbal agreement. As a result, the work took two months. Technically, the deadlines were violated, but there were many changes to the vertical layout, which partially explains this. Result Apart from the engineering and construction sections, everything is well done. Therefore, if you just liked the layout and you are not going to build on a turnkey basis from Dmitry, feel free to take only an architectural project. It is better to order everything else from independent specialists. PS: Reduced the review to 1 star. Dmitry did not want to give the autocad version of the survey, for which I had paid him under the contract, because I had left him a negative review. He offered to give me the file instead of deleting this review. Think a few times about whether you want to build a house with a blackmailer.

We are building a house according to the Mac-3 project. Everything is fine. The project is thought out to the smallest detail. The type of foundation was changed after the geology (the geology was also ordered in the Territory, and we were satisfied with the timing, the price, and the fact that the contractor brought the finished document directly home to Minsk). Both the builders (the construction company, not the self-taught ones who twisted the bolts at the factory yesterday) and the designer who recalculated the foundation said that the project was very sensible. The Mak-3 house is ideal for those who need to have many separate rooms in a relatively small house. In previous reviews, they write about some kind of rudeness of employees. I won't agree. Both Dmitry and architect Irina were as polite as possible in their communication with us, they agreed to accept us after hours, although this was not an individual design, but the purchase of a standard project.
