You're great. - Anna, a wonderful masseuse, did an amazing massage for an hour and a half. A sensitive, professional craftsman. And I know a lot about a good massage. The cons are as follows: - there is no cleaner who wipes the floor in the women's locker room and common areas, there are tons of water and hair on the floor. - a part of the ceiling collapsed into the pool about our visit - it's like that. - A mosaic is breaking off in the Jacuzzi. 😳 My children dived and got it from the bottom. - towels give out old, worn ones((( Guys, we need to do something about this.

I liked the hotel, everything is clean and tidy, if you were in the city or on excursions during the day, there is a great option in the evening to go up to the 7th floor to a nightclub or bar to drink a cocktail, the only thing is that all the sights and the center itself are not within walking distance, but it is very convenient to take a taxi 4/5 minutes.in general, having visited many hotels in Yerevan, if you are traveling with children, I advise you to have a pool for entertainment, if without, it is also a great option.

I can't say anything good and especially nothing bad. The masters are just working hard, it's clear that they don't care. - for some reason, the robe was not offered - the massage table is not very good, through the hole the face touches the substrate under the table🫣 - music and lights were constantly buggy - for a massage at the spa, God forgive me, you can only use oil. There is no makeup. - I went to the shower to wash it all off my face and hair, but there are not even hair and face products there. I had to wash everything off with cheap soap, which pulled the whole skin off😖

After the massage, they give torn, leaky robes, which you would not expect in a beauty salon, especially at this level and for such money. I want a luhari after a mask with caviar.

The conference was held in a small lecture hall - there were difficulties with ventilation during training events, since it was impossible to use air conditioners in autumn and winter, and there was not enough centralized ventilation.

TV with Russian programs. Purity. We had breakfast at the bar - good coffee, fresh croissants, fresh orange juice - everything is super! The staff is polite and hospitable! The restaurant is panoramic with good food! The music just doesn't match the restaurant, but rather the nightclub. And it is a pity that there are no national dishes on the menu!

Today we specially came to Terra Spa for 2.5 hours to go to the sauna, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. To be fair, I've been to this spa 5 times already and never had any problems. Always clean, although the interior is tired and scratched in places. Today, our visit was overshadowed by "force majeure", as the spa manager said, in the form of shooting in the sauna. At first, no sauna worked, they answered my request to turn it on, that they would turn it on in half an hour, because filming was planned. An hour passed, no one turned it on, the administrator said she didn't know when they would turn it on. We had limited time because the plane was in 3 hours. I explained the whole situation and offered to solve this issue differently - to return half of the cost, because we did not use any sauna for 1.5 hours + the jacuzzi practically did not work - the pressure was so weak that it was not even felt under water. The administrator agreed, but then the manager came and behaved very incorrectly - shouted, contradicted, said that shooting is "force majeure", and the Jacuzzi always works like that. I explained that I visit them once every two weeks and I know exactly how the jacuzzi works. Out of 10 thousand, she agreed to return only 2, although I offered 1/3 to return - for the sauna, which we did not use. Terrible behavior and inability to resolve issues diplomatically. At least for such communication, I don't want to go back there. The name of the manager Maryam Gharibyan, the administrator (who did not warn about the shooting) Kakayan (I don't remember the name). It is a pity that we faced such a situation on the sixth visit. The impression is spoiled, we will not come here again.
