Perhaps the most unpleasant place where we had to stop on the way from Atyrau to Oskemen. There was no hot water, the mattresses were very hard, and it was unclear what the 5,000 tenge deposit was for. If all the living conditions are met, why withhold the deposit? There has been a strong smell of food throughout the hotel since morning. The lack of hot water was explained to us as an urban problem, but this is not an excuse for the hotel business. If you provide accommodation services, such situations should be provided in advance. Unfortunately, the impressions of the stay were extremely negative.
