One of the nuances: The electric drive does not have overload protection, so the gate can crush something or someone when closing. If you do not have a second entrance to the garage, if you install automation, you will need a manual lifting system from the outside, and such gates are very easy to open without a key. And if a bolt lock is installed (if you forget to open it beforehand), either the lock or the electric drive will be damaged during lifting. We settled on manual control. The nuances here are as follows: The gate handles are both lifting limiters and can leave marks/dents on the box if opened carelessly. When closing the gate, you need to make some effort so that the gate drops to the very end and rests firmly on the floor, while holding the gate tightly closed with one hand and turning the key with the other, otherwise the bolt lock refuses to lock.
